Abstract

A spiritual crisis stems from an imbalance in the fulfillment of human needs—a fundamental root cause of the issue. Modern society tends to prioritize external aspects while neglecting the spiritual dimension. To address this, it is essential for modern society to return to the theistic worldview embodied in Tasawwuf (Islamic mysticism). The Tijaniyah Order is a Sufi path classified as "Neo-Sufism," offering a viable alternative for addressing spiritual crises. This study examines the "trilogy" concept within the Tijaniyah Order as a means of mitigating spiritual crises. Employing a phenomenological approach combined with fieldwork, the study reveals that Tijani adherents who steadfastly practice the Order's rituals cultivate a soul characterized by *mutma'inna* (tranquility)—an inner state defined by deep peace and profound reverence in worship.
