Every parent hopes for the presence of a child. Parents expect a perfect child without any shortcomings. The aim of this research is to determine the role of SLBN 1 Central Lombok in providing career guidance for students with disabilities. This research uses a phenomenological approach. This research was carried out at State Special School (SLBN) 1 Central Lombok in 2024. The research subjects were 14 students. Data collection in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the interactive analysis model of Miles & Huberman. The results of the research show that the approach used in the SMALB career guidance process at SLBN 1 Central Lombok is individual, the method used is a demonstration method and is carried out in an instructive manner.
